Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for most unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
If you have any questions on whether or not you qualify for a refund please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may best assist you.
Do you accept cancellations?
Our team begins fulfilling orders ASAP and we are unable to make any cancellations to existing orders outside of 24 hours. Please email us at email@example.com if you’d like to cancel or make any changes to orders and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.
Where do you ship to and how long will it take?
We ship exclusively within the United States.
Standard orders will be shipped via FedEx and processed within 5-7 business days. Due to COVID-19, we are taking strict and necessary precautions to get orders out quickly, but safely for our team.
